Chrysanthemum Loose Tea

Delicate, floral, and naturally refreshing, chrysanthemum tea has a gentle honey-like sweetness with subtle earthy and herbal notes. Chrysanthemum flowers contain naturally occurring antioxidant compounds and have a long history of traditional use, particularly in East Asian herbal tea traditions.

Best Preparation: Add 1–2 teaspoons of dried chrysanthemum flowers to a cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain and enjoy warm. Add a little honey for extra sweetness, or chill and serve over ice for a refreshing floral tea.
