Rosemary Herbal Tea
Rosemary Herbal Tea
Aromatic, earthy, and pleasantly piney, rosemary tea has a bold herbal flavor with subtle citrus, woody, and slightly peppery notes. Rosemary contains naturally occurring antioxidant compounds and has traditionally been used to support digestive comfort, mental alertness, and circulation, although evidence for treating specific health conditions is limited.
Best Preparation: Add 1–2 teaspoons of dried rosemary leaves to a cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain and enjoy warm. Add a little honey or lemon for a refreshing twist, or combine with ginger for a warming herbal infusion.
Note: Rosemary tea is best enjoyed in moderate amounts. Avoid concentrated rosemary preparations during pregnancy unless advised by a healthcare professional, and consult your doctor if you take regular medications.
