Raspberry Leaves Herbal Loose Tea
Raspberry Leaf Herbal Tea
Mild, earthy, and pleasantly grassy, raspberry leaf tea has a delicate herbal flavor with subtle fruity notes and a gentle astringent finish. Raspberry leaves contain tannins, flavonoids, and other naturally occurring plant compounds and have traditionally been used to support digestive comfort, menstrual wellness, and general women’s health.
Best Preparation: Add 1–2 teaspoons of dried raspberry leaves to a cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain and enjoy warm or chilled. Add a little honey or lemon for a refreshing herbal infusion.
Note: Raspberry leaf tea is commonly used during pregnancy in traditional practice, particularly later in pregnancy, but evidence regarding its safety and effectiveness is limited. Pregnant individuals should consult their healthcare professional before using it, especially during early pregnancy.
