Garcinia cambogia Fruit Tea
Garcinia Cambogia Fruit Tea
Tart, tangy, and pleasantly fruity, Garcinia cambogia tea has a naturally sour flavor with subtle citrus-like notes and a refreshing finish. The fruit rind contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA) and has a long history of traditional use in Southeast Asia, but evidence that Garcinia cambogia provides meaningful weight-loss benefits remains unclear. Some Garcinia products have also been associated with rare cases of liver injury, so it is best enjoyed with appropriate caution.
Best Preparation: Add 1–2 teaspoons of dried Garcinia cambogia fruit/rind to a cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain and enjoy warm or chilled. Its naturally tart flavor pairs well with a little honey, ginger, or lemon.
Important: If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have liver concerns, consult a healthcare professional before consuming Garcinia cambogia.
